Section 17 - Refund Policy

By using Trenlii's software you agree to the following subscription refund policy:
A) Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. To avoid an unwanted and irreversible charge, you must contact Trenlii’s customer service at +1 (647) 560-1167 three days before the end of either your free trial, or your billing cycle. We will cancel your subscription on the business day we receive your request. If you do not contact us by phone, by this time, you agree to the payment charged to your account.
B) Customer Service
Customer service will immediately cancel your membership on the business day they receive notification from you. Once you have been charged you will have access until the end of that billing period, at which point your subscription will be automatically canceled with no further action required on your part.
C) Pause Option
Yes! You can pause your subscription at any time, and with no holding fees. Our clients enjoy this flexibility when taking vacations or prefer to work only part of the year. To pause payment (and access to your account), call +1 (647) 560-1167.
D) Switching Products Or Upgrading Plans
It is important to be on the most effective product or on the right subscription plan tailored to your business. If you need to switch or upgrade, please call +1 (647) 560-1167 at any time and we will be happy to assist you.

What if I forget to cancel my free trial and payment has already come out or is in the process of coming out, can I get a refund?
No, please see section 17 (A) of the refund policy that you have hereby, agreed to.
If I get a monthly plan am I able to pause, switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes that’s correct.
Is the Free Trial really free? Am I allowed to make as many unwatermarked reports and use them with clients for the first 7 days absolutely free?
